Quran is a book of Signs not a book of science. Signs that can lead to scientific facts. Quran consist of 6666 ayat meaning it has 6666 signs.

Astronomy :
1. Creation of Universe.
In 1973, couple of scientist who got nobble price for their theory of the begining of universe. They describe the creation of universe start with “Big Bang” from Primary Nebula. After big bang they seperate and form a galaxies.

2. Shape of Earth
In 1577, Sir Francis Drake proved that the earth is sperical.
Quran answer :
The shape of the earth is geo-spherical. Like the egg of an ostridge.
Allah swt merges the night into day and merges day into the night –> Overlapse / Coil (like turban into the head) day to night and night to day. Only possible if the earth is sperical, not flat. (31:29, 39:5, 79:30)
3. Moonlight Theory
Old theory Moon has its own light which later proven wrong.
Quran answer : Sun has its own light and moon having borrowed Lights. Moonlight in the Quran is described as Borrowed Light or reflected light. There is no ayat in quran that tells Moon has its own light. (25:61, 10:5, 71:15-26, 86:3)
4. Orbital Theory
Before scientist believe that the earth is the center of solar system and the universe. All planet and the stars, moon and the sun revolved around the earth, we called this Geo Centrism theory from 2nd century BC up to 16th century. Until Nicholas Coppernicus profounded Helio Centric Theory of Planetery Emotion : it is the sun as the center of solar system and all planet revolved around the sun.” German scientist Johanes Keppler later in his book wrote not only all planet revolved around the sun but also rotate at its own axis. However the sun does not rotate.
Quran answer :
Sun and the moon besides revolving also rotate about their own axis (21:33)
“Yasbaha = rotate (also have other meaning)”. Today with technology scientis believe sun also rotate at its own axis. The sun takes approximately 25 days to complete one rotation
They are orbiting at their own motion they can not overtake one another (36:40). Now the scientist said that the orbit of sun and the moon are different.
The sun is moving to a spot called solar apex and will exist for a particular time period (36:38)
5. Matters Theory
Before only : Solid, Liquid, Gas. Before the scientist believe that space outside the astronomical system is a vacuum space. However today scientist believe outside the galaxy the space contains matters meaning is not vacuum. . There are bridges of matter in inter stellar space. Their call it plasma, and it contains ions
Quran answer :
Allah swt create heaven and earth and as well as things between it. Plasma in today science is recognized as 4th type of matters (25:59)
This earth also have atsmosfere that funcion as filter of radiation. If this filter is not there then the life in this earth will seize to exist.(21:32) we have made the sky as protected sealing. Sky is made as a canopy well guarded.
6. Expanding theory of Galaxies
In 1925, edwin hubbel, famous astronomer, said that the universe is expanding.
Sthephen Hawkins said :
“The Discovery of the Expanding Universe is the greatest discovery of this country.”

We have created a vasted (expanding) universe. (21:47)
Physics
Atomism Theory : Atom is the smallest part of matter. Atom in arabic called zarrah. However today scientist found Atom can be devided.

Hydrology :
Water cycled theory (Air Hujan). Water cycle was first described in 1580 by Sir Bernard Pallisy.
Quran answer :
“Allah swt send the water to sky and soak it to the ground..”(39:21)
“It is Allah swt who send water from the skies and gives live to the earth after it is dead” (30:24)

Geology :
Earth contain 3750 mines, and the deeper layer is hot and fluid (can not sustain life). Going up is gettiong cooler up to the level where we live. The ground we stay right now is fragile or easy to shake. Geologist talk about Folding phenomenon : the ground stay still because of the mountain. Mountain is to prevent the earth from shaking.
Quran answer :
78:6-7 we have made the earth expands and the mountain stake (major portion nail deeper to the ground). Quran said mountain are like stakes – tent pegs. Science proof that mountain got a deep roof, big on the deep and getting smaller on the ground.

Physiology
In the field of physiology, there is one verse which appears extremely significant to me. One thousand years before the discovery of the blood circulatory system, and roughly thirteen centuries before it was determined that the internal organs were nourished by the process of digestive , a verse in the Qur’an described the source of the constituents of milk, in conformity with scientific facts.
To understand this verse, it must first be known that chemical reactions occur between food and enzymes in the mouth, the stomach and the intestines releasing nutrients in molecular form which are then absorbed into the circulatory system through countless microscopic projections of the intestinal wall called villi. Blood in the circulatory system then transports the nutrients to all the organs of the body, among which are the milk-producing mammary glands.
This biological process must be basically understood, if we are to understand a verse in the Qur’an which has for many centuries given rise to commentaries that were totally incomprehensible.
Today it is not difficult to see why! This verse is taken from the chapter an-Nahl:
“Verily, in cattle there is a lesson for yon. I give you drink from their insides, coming from a conjunction between the digested contents (of the intestines) and the blood, milk pure and pleasant for those who drink it.” (Qur’an 16:66)
The constituents of milk are secreted by the mammary glands which are nourished by the product of food digestion brought to them by the bloodstream. The initial event which sets the whole process in motion is the conjunction of the contents of the intestine and blood at the level of the intestinal wall itself.
This very precise concept is the result of the discoveries made in the chemistry and physiology of the digestive system over one thousand years after the time of Prophet Muhammad.
Botany
Scientist just know 300 years back that plantation have sexes male and female.
Quran answer :
20:53 (plantation sexes = azwaaj = spouses = male and female) even for fruits (13:3). Fruits created by male and female. Ex : banana, apel, etc.
36:36 : Allah swt created in pairs : animal, human, plant, even the thing you don’t know like electricity : positive + negative, electron + proton.
Progress in botany at the time of Muhammad (S) was not advanced enough in any country for scientists to know that plants have both male and female parts. Nevertheless, we may read the following in the chapter Taa Haa:
“(God is the One who) sent down rain from the sky and with it brought forth a variety of plants in pairs.” (Qur’an 20:53)
Today we know that fruit comes from plants that have sexual characteristics even when they come from unfertilized flowers, like bananas. In the chapter ar-Ra‘d we read the following:
“… and of all fruits (God) placed (on the earth) two pairs.” Qur’an, 13:3
Zoology
6:38 : we have made all animal and birds in this earth to live in community like a human beings. Science prove that animals and birds like the human being live in communities.
1. Bee / Lebah
Bee tought by Allah swt to build its cell on tree or in human habitation. To eat of the earth produces, and take the path of the loaf with a great skill. A scientist by the name of vougn frass got a noble price by describing the movement and behavior of the bees.
Bee Dance : Bee inform the other bee the direction toward flower to collect nector by the process of bee dance.

2. Ants
Science : The animal or insect which has the closest resemblance to human being is the ant. Ants burried the dead as the human being. Ants also have sophisticated method of labour from : supervisor, manager, worker / labour, etc. They have method of communication, it seems like they are chatting. They have market place to exchange goods. Even during rainy season ant like to bring his food to get sun light so it can dry. They knew which part of the grain that can cause rotten

3. Spider
Often the male spider is killed by the female spider

Oceanology
25:53, 55:19 : sweet pallatible vs salty bitter, Allah swt flow 2 body of water, though they meet they will not mixed, it will create barrier they will not tresspass
(Barzakh / unseen barrier). Ex : gulf stream, mediteranian meet pacific, lake missoury, etc.
Biology
21:30 : we have made from water all living thing. Today modern science confirm the basic substance of cell is cyptolasm which contains about 80% water. Today science confirm that all living creature contain 50-60% water.

Was first discovered by William Harvey. He talk about blood circulation that makes it famous to the world. However ibnu navis found it 400 years earlier then william harvey.

16:66, 23:21 : lesson in cattle, drink comes from the body of cattle. Conjunction between the constituent of food and blood, called Milk.
Medicine
Scientist found that we obtain honey from the belly of the bee 300 years ago. This can be cured for human kinds. Before we do not know that. Honey is rich with vitamin K. Honey has anticeptic properties which we recently just know. In world war 2 rusians soldier use honey to cover up the wound to prevent moisture and create the healing of scar tisue.

Embryology :
The study of human body called embriology. Late 70’s prof. Keith was one of the highest authority in the field of embriology, the head of departement of anatomy in university of toronto, canada. Most of the verses of Quran that speak about embriology can be confirm with the latest science of embriology. He said if you ask about the authencity 30 years ago I can only answer 50% of what Quran revealed because the field of embrio is new and still evolving. Prof. Keith put that discovery in his 3rd book. He said the author of this book could not be possible come from human, it must be come from creator of human kind. And he (prof.keith moore as a christian) said “I have no objection in agreeing that prophet muhammad saw was the messenger of God.”

96:1-2 : talk about initial stage of embrio like leach. Prof. Keith research and found astonishing resemblance.
86:5-7 : a drop between backbone and ribs. Today science confirm genetical organ in embrionic age develop from space near kidney. Genetical Organs in embrionic life originate between spinal colomn and 11th & 12th ribs.
22:5, 23:13, 32:8, 76:2 : human being created from nutfah (minor quantity of liquid), the best part of the whole. Meaning sperm that comes in million only one is needed. Only one spermatozoa out of 300 million is sufficient to fertilize the ovum which quran refers as “SULALAH”. Human Beings are created from minute quantity of mingled fluids of men and women.
Foetus protected by three vail of darkness
خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الأنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِنْ بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلاثٍ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُصْرَفُونَ
He created you (all) from a single person: then created, of like nature, his mate; and he sent down for you eight head of cattle in pairs: He makes you, in the wombs of your mothers, in stages, one after another, in three veils of darkness. such is Allah, your Lord and Cherisher: to Him belongs (all) dominion. There is no god but He: then how are ye turned away (from your true Centre)?[Al-Qur’an-Surah Az-Zumar-, 039.006]
Three Dark Stages
In the Qur’an, it is related that man is created through a three-stage process in the mother’s womb.
خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الأنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِنْ بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلاثٍ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُصْرَفُونَ
… He creates you stage by stage in your mothers’ wombs in threefold darkness. That is Allah, your Lord. Sovereignty is His. There is no deity but Him. So what has made you deviate? (Qur’an, Az-Zumar- 39:6)
The expression “fee thulumaatin thalaathin,” translated into English as “a threefold darkness,” indicates three dark regions involved during the development of the embryo. These are:
a) The darkness of the abdomen
b) The darkness of the womb
c) The darkness of the placenta
As we have seen, modern biology has revealed that the embryological development of the baby takes place in the manner revealed in the verse, in three dark regions. Moreover, advances in the science of embryology show that these regions consist of three layers each.
The lateral abdominal wall comprises three layers: the external oblique, the internal oblique, and transverses abdominis muscles.
Similarly, the wall of the womb also consists of three layers: the epimetrium, the myometrium and the endometrium.
Similarly again, the placenta surrounding the embryo also consists of three layers: the amnion (the internal membrane around the foetus), the chorion (the middle amnion layer) and the decidua (outer amnion layer.
It is also pointed out in this verse that a human being is created in the mother’s womb in three distinct stages.
Indeed, modern biology has also revealed that the baby’s embryological development takes place in three distinct regions in the mother’s womb. Today, in all the embryology textbooks studied in departments of medicine, this subject is taken as an element of basic knowledge. For instance, in Basic Human Embryology, a fundamental reference text in the field of embryology
Genetics
It is the sperm that is responsible in determining the sexes of the child. Today science tells us the 23rd pair of chromosom in human being determine the sex of a child. If is XX is female, If XY is a male.
Quran answer :
53 : 45-46 : created human kind from Minor quantity of liquid that ejaculated. –> Male fluids.

Scientist before thougt that the sperm contains the miniature of human being, and then it grews on the womb of a mother. As science of embriocology evolve they found the sperm and ovum that are respondsible of human creation.

Human Senses during Pregnancy
The first sense to develop in human being is the sense of hearing

Quran answer : 75:3-4 : not only the bone but also the finger prints in the perfect order. Finger print method just found in 1980.
Pain Receptor
Brain is not the only thing that respondsible the feeling of pain but also certain receptor in the skin we called pain receptor. Without pain receptor a person can not feel pain.
Quran answer : 4:56 : in the hellfire as person got roasted Allah swt created another fresh skin so they can feel the pain –> sign of pain receptor
